The organization consists of two companies, WILLY STEEL SDN BHD (WSSB), and WILLY MARKETING SDN BHD (WMSB). The WSSB is the manufacturing arm and export marketing division for the organization while the WMSB is acting as domestic marketing division.
The organization incorporated in 1986. However, the history of manufacturing and marketing started from 1982 with former name as Willy Equipment Manufacturing Sdn Bhd. The founder of the organization is Mr. Chan Pak Sai, the Managing Director of the organization.
Over the years of operation, we have accumulated more than RM7.0 million worth of equipments and tools. An expansion plan was carried out to realize our long-term goals. We have moved to our new factory plant on a 5 acres land in November 2007. The overall investment for the factory and additional equipments is about RM20.0 million.
With the completion of our new plant, we are able to increase our output and at the same time improve our production quality. This synergies with our long-term plan that is to increase our overseas coverage and to be a market leader in this field. |
